The Rockwood 2842.32D stainless steel automatic, non-handed flush bolt set has a satin finish (Rockwood/BHSM number US32D/630), meets American National Standards Institute (ANSI) A156.3: Type 25 specifications, and is used to secure a pair of 3-hour metal fire-rated doors up to 8' high x 4' wide. The flush bolt is installed in the door so that the latch lies flush with the door's surface. Opening the active door automatically retracts the bolts. The thermal lock automatically locks the inactive door under high heat conditions due to fire. Each bolt measures 6-3/4" high x 1" wide, and the bolt head rod is adjustable up to 1-1/2".
