Ideal for commercial use, the CRL DC54 Size 4 Surface Mount Door Closer caters to interior doors up to 48" (122 mm) and exterior doors up to 42" (107 mm), with a suitable door weight range of 143 to 187 lbs. (65 to 85 kg). It comes with an adjustable back check feature to safeguard doors and hardware from wind or violent door swings. Both closing and latching speeds are independently adjustable for smooth door control. All CRL Surface Mounted Closers are UL listed and come with a ten-year warranty. Each closer includes a Parallel Arm Bracket and mounting hardware, enabling universal installation for regular, top jamb, or parallel arm applications.
